I visited for the first time as a walk in. The website states walk ins welcome. I was most rudely received because I hadn’t registered online. I was told I would have a two hour wait. I opted not to waste two hours so I ran other errands and registered on line. I received an email stating my stylist would be ready for me in 15 minutes. When I returned I still had a 30 minute wait. Brittany cut my hair. She was extremely friendly and courteous. I am a senior with grey/white hair that has a mind of it’s own. She explained how I can better control my hair. Brought my son in for a back to school haircut. Managed to be first in line ?. The store was super busy but the staff obviously are champs at handling a busy Saturday and they knocked it out of the park. Will absolutely return when he needs another.

The young lady who cuts my hair cuts it better than any haircut I've ever gotten. I'm not going to give out her name though bcs I don't want the line to her chair to get any longer. (It's Kelly)
