Had a very knowledgeable technician by the name of Timothy come out to service our dishwasher. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very instrumental in coordinating the process with American Home Shield to ensure we receive a replacement for our dishwasher as it was not serviceable.
Keith called when he was on his way. Asked about the appliance to be repaired. We had parts sent to us prior to his visit. He arrived on time and was very friendly, introduced himself. Found the issue right away and solved our problem. Very professional, polite, personable and knew what to do. It took very little time to solve the issue!
This is the 2nd time I’ve used this service. I want everyone to know this is a wonderful company! They originally had my service with a different company so I called and had my service changed to sears. I will only have this company repair my appliances. My technician was kind and very knowledgeable too.
