This is the 2nd time I’ve used this service. I want everyone to know this is a wonderful company! They originally had my service with a different company so I called and had my service changed to sears. I will only have this company repair my appliances. My technician was kind and very knowledgeable too.
Brent our repairman was great and courteous. But communication prior to repair visit was not good...repeated messages responding to available appointment times were not returned. Also received a message that part received was incorrect, which it was not. Very confusing automated communication!
Timothy was great, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all helpful. Unfortunately, our system was doa, he put up the fight trying to fix it. I would highly recommend him to fix anything of ours again.
