So i called this morning because when i pit the a/c it smelled burned if it hot it smell burned if it was cold it was cold so i call they said at 1:25 David *the hero* was coming tuesday when he came tuesday he said to wait 5-10 minutes to put it back on and then at 2:20 i put back on and it was hot
AC went out on a 99 degree day in August an called at 4:45 pm to see if can get checked, said would put me on list for next day an got a text next morning at 8 am saying man on way out. David arrived at 8:10 an found leak an got it fix an put back together an charged unit with r22 Freon which is not made anymore an got me a quote for a replacement unit an coil incase it didn’t last an my unit was so old an I would no replacement would cost just incase! I’ve use them several times over th years an always had great service a thanks to David Poland for this speedy service a fix ! They’ve always been a five star service!
We had an A/C issue over the weekend that wasn't an emergency so I left a voicemail on their office line. They called me back first thing before 8 AM on Monday to schedule an appointment. David and Alex gave me a call when they were on the way. They were able to quickly diagnose an issue on one of my units, and give me the options on fixing it. They then got it back up and running quickly and best of all it is cold again! Was my first time contacting Poland and I'd certainly call them again in the future.Service: A/C system repair
