I went here due to the other reviews. So happy I did. From Liz to Sydney, Catherine and the PA Kristin Owens. All were outstanding. The process was simple. I was taken in right away. And everyone was very kind. I highly recommend this facility.
It is always a good experience for me and my health needs when I go to Piedmont Urgent Care. I schedule an appointment time online and then arrive at the clinic- waiting time is never more than 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time Staff are friendly and courteous, aways eager to answer all my questions.
Piedmont Urgent Care is a great resource for medical attention that isn't a super serious illness. This was my first visit and I am very impressed with the ease of booking and the professional and caring service. My regular doctor was booking days out, I was in this office within the hour after booking on line. My visit in total took less than a half hour! For standard medication prescribed they can even provide it on site.
