I just have to shout out Austyn at Palm Beach Tan — she’s absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, she’s so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She really knows her stuff and always makes sure I have the best tanning experience possible. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Honestly, she’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back! She definitely deserves some recognition — or even a higher position — because she goes above and beyond every single time
I am so happy with this location. It was a rough start when it was still Costa, and there was different management in place, but now that Anna is running things the salon has quite frankly done a 180°.
Sophia, Anna, Baylee, honestly all the girls are a pleasure to see when I come in for my tan. They are friendly, professional, and always “sunny side up!” My job is stressful, so it’s nice to be able to come in and decompress even if only for a bit.
As a reminder, it is their job to sell lotions, and suggest products for a better tanning experience. My tan looks amazing and it’s all thanks to the lovely girls in Canton!
Quite literally the worst experience of my life. EVERYONE is incredibly rude and judgmental at the canton location. I asked for the darkest tan possible because my prom dress is nude. You can’t even tell I went to that place to get a tan after spending 80 DOLLARS. I just went back and showed them how pale I still am and they did not care at all and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT choose palm beach tan for your spray tan, you will not be happy and might miss life changing events like your senior prom. They should not be allowed to provide services like this anymore.
