“I’ve only had Botox a handful of times since turning 30, and now at 42 I’ve decided to make it more of a regular part of my self-care routine. This was my second visit to A New You Med Spa. My first experience was back in 2022 with Judith, who was wonderful, which is why I chose to return.

This time I saw Michelle for my Botox treatment, and she was absolutely fantastic. Since it had been quite a while since my last treatment, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Michelle took the time to thoroughly explain everything, including what I was hoping to achieve, what to realistically expect, and how different treatment options could help address my specific concerns.

My biggest concern wasn’t the typical forehead lines or crow’s feet—it was the vertical lines above my upper lip that tend to develop with age, often called “smoker’s lines.” I had assumed I would need fillers or other injectables to improve them, but Michelle took the time to discuss several options with me. She even recommended affordable products I could purchase on Amazon to help improve the appearance of those lines at home. I really appreciated that she wasn’t trying to upsell me and instead focused on educating me about all of my options.

Since I was already receiving Botox, Michelle also suggested trying a lip flip. I decided to go for it, and I am absolutely obsessed with the results. I love how it looks, and it gave me exactly the subtle enhancement I was hoping for.

What stood out most was how thorough, knowledgeable, and patient Michelle was throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel completely comfortable, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. The entire experience was professional, welcoming, and informative.
