We recently hired MasterPro to refresh our outdoor landscaping at our personal injury law firm in Atlanta. We could not be more happy with the finished product. I own a house in Flowery Branch and a crack appeared in the basement slab. I called MasterPro and spoke with Ethan who said he would come right out and inspect.
Ethan came out on the day and time as promised. After his inspection he called while still at the house. He told me not to worry that the crack was at an expansion joint and everything was good. It was not a water issue as I was worried it could be a big problem but was not a problem at all.
I can’t say enough good things about Ethan and MasterPro. Treat you like your family and professional about the service they offer.

Master Pro has been our life saver 3 times, the shady d-bag we bought the house from hired hacks, 1 big sink flood, one sewage backup into the first floor bathroom. They worked so fast with the first one, we didn't actually need to replace anything. The most recent one they acted fast, found where all the water went, and had it dried out fast, and got rid of all the affected flooring. Always good communication with them too, really 10\10.The supervisor even came out with two guys to do some more checking and looking for signs of potential issues hiding.They even gave me peace of mind checking some other things in the house for water issues.Thanks again guys!
