Very bad drivers. Ernst Concrete Driver took the inside line in a left turn at the Hwy 92 Target today. I was pulled up to my line to turn left on to Hwy 92, way before he was to make his left. As he made his left because of the light was in his favor he made no adjustments. He would have hit the front of my car if I wouldn't have backed up five or more feet as he made his turn. What a jerk. If someone would have been behind he me he surely would have.
