I definitely enjoy the actual massage…my concern is in the fact that I have had 3 separate incidences of communication failure. Today’s example: I show up for my scheduled appointment and I was told that I was not on their schedule. All I get is “sorry, have a nice day”. This is unacceptable in a professional setting. Not only am I a patron, but I have referred others to the Spa (or gifted treatment). I had to ask to be put on a waiting list so that I may be able to get a visit in March with my preferred masseuse…no suggestion of that was even offered. I haven’t had a facial in years, and decided to treat myself. Lauren was fantastic. After an hour I looked years younger and felt so relaxed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Very friendly & professional staff.Very relaxing, therapeutic massage and delightful facials!! Wonderful teas, fresh water, for your needs... as well as the place smells great!!!
