David completed two home (pre-purchase) inspections for me in 2023. He is incredibly detail oriented, takes time to do a thorough inspection and his reports are extremely informative. On-line scheduling is available and both inspections were completed in just a few days of my requests. Written reports were received very quickly via e-mail. David is very friendly and easy to work with. We sincerely appreciate the work he performed for us and the information he provided was definitely helpful to us in making an informed decision when purchasing our home. You get what you pay for and David is one of the best in this area.

David was referred to us by friends. I called David in the weekends, he quickly picked up and set up the appointment and answered many questions even on Sunday. It is a big house, David spent over 8 hours to inspect all the corners, very diligently. And we got the detailed inspection report next day! Very efficient job! And we are so happy that he also provided all the after-inspection protection and warranty. Highly recommend. Thank you, David.

Extremely professional and thorough. David Lelak, the Certified Inspector, was enthusiastic and responsive covering every detail and in answering our questions. The follow-up report was quick, clear and most helpful in identifying areas needing attention. The value of the service compared to the fee was most reasonable, especially considering the time taken and quality of the final report.
