Made an unexpected stop at the Great clips on Sixes road this afternoon and had possibly the best experience out of the years that I have been going to Great clips! I suppose I walked in right after a rush..... everyone was cleaning up and getting ready for the next set of customers. Smiling faces welcomed me in and didn't have the chance to even sit to wait on an open chair! I can't thank the staff enough for such an enjoyable conversation, haircut and overall great experience, even the kind metal heart, which I greatly appreciate the gift! Highly recommend! Great warm kind hearted staff! Thank you again and will definitely be seeing everyone next time!

Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Only said two words to me. I think she must be going through it cause she stepped away a couple times to look at her phone. Hope whatever she’s going through gets better. Everyone else that’s cut my hair here has been great.

Shannon (sorry if misspelled) was amazing today!! My pixie cut can be complex for some and it isn't often I get someone who can get it right. She listened to exactly what I wanted done and did not disappoint. Will be asking for her every time now!
