So, I hobbled in with a pain going down my leg to my kneecap. I was thinking Charlie's inversion machine would help the two herniated discs in my lumbar. Instead he had me literally sit on a tennis ball for a while, and I got up and walked casually out. The muscle is getting a little less tight as I continue this at home.
