Esquire Cleaners

I recently brought a shirt in for dry cleaning and was disappointed to pick it up with a hole in it. Mistakes happen, but what truly stood out was how professionally and kindly the situation was handled. When I returned, I spoke with Nimisha, who was incredibly polite, understanding, and accommodating. She offered several solutions right away and made sure I left feeling taken care of.

While the damage to my shirt was unfortunate, the customer service I received was excellent. Nimisha’s professionalism turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I appreciate the way she resolved the issue.

Took 3 pairs of pants and a baseball kids jersey to get cleaned. When dropping off, I was assured they would get them cleaned so I dropped them off. Picked up today and it looks like they weren’t cleaned or treated. Never again.

I have been working with Esquire Cleaners for over 10 years!! They are the best of the best!! I have never had one complaint!! It is a family ran business and all involved can’t be beat!! Prices are very reasonable too!!
