I started using ECS earlier this year when I had an issue with my system. They did the repair, and I then got the maintenance plan. During the second maintenance visit, the tech told me my system is rusting (it was 22 years old), and I ended up getting ECS to install a new HVAC system within a week. I knew this being maintenance expense was coming, and I love the honesty and promptness of this business. Buck, Katie, Donna, and all the techs are amazing and reliable. I will continue to use ECS for HVAC maintenance; I’ve also recommended them to my neighbors. Thank you, ECS!

My ac upstairs quit and it was 97degrees upstairs! Engineered Comfort Solutions came, discovered the problem, fought off yellow jackets, came back the next day (Sunday) repaired my ac and its now 74 degrees upstairs! Great company with people who actually care and try to do the best job for their customers! An extremely honest company and one I will never hesitate to use or recommend!
