I am very pleased with Comfort Zone. Charles Logan is awesome! He is courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough assessment of my HVAC units for my maintenance, explained the current status of my units, and informed me about other useful tools that could help with energy efficiency. I highly recommend Charles and look forward to my next maintenance visit with him.
Jordan was very respectful.. he did a thorough inspection and explained everything as he went along. I got the maintenance protection because if your techs are anywhere like Jordan then I'll know My A/C unit is protected. I called one night and he was out there the next day.
I would highly recommend Comfort Zone. From setting up the appointment to the service everything went great. And the communication on the arrival of the tech was great. The Service Tech, Jacob, was knowledgeable and professional. Did not pressure us into any service that was not needed.
