I am the new patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in a few years. I appreciated Kayla’s professionalism in the front office explaining everything clearly as I was worried about out of pocket costs vs insurance coverage for the needed treatments. On the first day I did new patient x-rays, oral exam, and treatment plan with Dr. Muang; she explained what was going on with my gums and teeth clearly and drafted a recommended plan and cost packet. I was able to come in the next day and execute the treatment plan with Dr. Gryta. My first time to Canton Smiles (after moving from Pittsburgh) was yesterday. They made my experience the Best!! Kayla was amazing!! Had heard about her always up personally, but she was over the top nice and informative 😀 What a way to start a sometimes scary appointment. Seeing her smiling face and wishing you a Good Morning 👍 Then Dr Reza was like having your favorite uncle working on my teeth. So nice and calming from start to finish . Dr. Raiza, Natalie and Christie were absolutely outstanding. Professional, warm, funny and just put me at complete ease. As much as I despise dental work, they made today's long and detailed visit perfect. Thank you for taking great care of me today.
