I wish I could give BYP 0 stars. DO NOT use this company! Craftsmanship is poor. They pushed the build date for my shed 5 times. They completely forgot to put in the windows that I paid for and ignored me for several months, still with no resolution. They are crooks and if you use this company you’re asking to be taken advantage of.

Was connected with this company as the playset manufacturer for a "professional install included" playset from Home Depot (Gorilla Outing III). The company was horrible with communications and did not adequately set expectations in terms of whether we needed to be home or site prep. They also missed their scheduled appointment window, resulting in my wife missing an entire day of work.When we called to ask for more information / inform them that the installer was not there, we were met with attitudes and lack of apologies on behalf of both the corporate office, and their CT/NY-area site (Gabby), as well as corporate customer service. The contractor was rude and disrespectful. He did a terrible job putting the shed up when I complained to the company, they did nothing about it. Wouldn't recommendhis company to anyone!!,
