This all started when I asked a friend who is a building contractor in the area if he knew of a good septic company. We needed a complete replacement on the other side of our property and destruction of the old system. He told me the contractor they just used in a large commercial building was excellent and gave me Brown's Backhoe & Septic contact and website.After looking over the work on the website, I set up an appointment for a bid. Eli drove out to our home quickly and assessed the situation. He was very clear in what needed to be done and how he would accomplish the work. He even foresaw a few problems that may arise and described how he would address them if they did. He sent a bid over and it was more competitive than others we had out. After agreeing on the bid and the date, we were ready.Eli started and finished the job within a few days, even though it was a big job. Everything went according to the plan he outlined. The inspector was on site for less than fifteen minutes as he signed off on the proper documents, satisfied everything was done to code. This made us very happy.I found Eli extremely honest and upfront, personable, and even agreeable when the inevitable hiccups he prepared me for arrived. He also overcame them immediately, which showcased real skill. He was here when he said he would be, which is no small feat anymore, and he did exactly what he said he would, while also going above and beyond when he didn't have to.I've already told him we'll be calling him for a couple more projects we would like to have done down the road. Beautiful healthy indoor and outdoor plants are plentiful even at the cusp of Fall. The selection is vast and very reasonably priced. Grab your mums from here for less than your big box stores and they are twice as full and healthy. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. We came later in the day near closing and they were glad to have us and we didn't feel rushed.
