Tried to make my daughter an appt and the receptionist had the worst customer service. Instead of coming out and stating the doctor wasn’t taking in new patients, due to short staffing, she just flat out told me she couldn’t make an appt bc she’d never been a patient here and the doctor didn’t have time to see my child- she then told me to take my child to the ER! I understand being short staffed but a little kindness goes along way, especially when you have a child needing medical attention- you shouldn’t have to deal with rude, hateful, and inconsiderate receptionists. Maybe upon making the appointment, start asking “have you been a patient here before” then state “ we aren’t taking new patients at this time” I chose harbin clinic because their website stated how much care they have and compassion..this was NOT the case for us. I’m rather glad my daughter won’t be a patient here!

Everyone at Harbin Clinic are very nice & helpful. They get you in & out quickly. The nurses & office workers are always very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful & kind. I’d definitely recommend Harbin Clinic to everyone. If you were able to get Dr. Howard for your doctor you would consider yourself Very Blessed … He’s Amazing & Very Caring, Outstanding in his field of Medicine ❤️
