The staff is absolutely fantastic! Their prices are beyond reasonable. It took over a year to start laying the lvp flooring we bought and there were a few boxes that were damaged. Over a year later and they still replaced the damaged boxes.

The most cheerful environment in a business I have ever experienced. The staff was positive and uplifting, truly wanting to help you find the perfect flooring you were try to find.Was extremely pleased with the product I purchased and the staff remembered who I was when I came back afew days later to pick up my flooring.I would rate them 10 stars if it would let me.Thank you for a warm and happy experience.Sincerely,Thomas Stepp

I just purchased carpet for the upstairs of my house and I am very satisfied with my choice! I was assisted by Jeffrey who was very helpful and took his time to explain the differences in a few carpet materials that I had asked him about. He answered all my questions or concerns. He offered samples on the ones I liked. I went home and placed it on my floor to see how it would look with certain lightings in the rooms and it was perfect! I didn’t feel pressured. I went back a few days later and purchased it! Best of all, I bought my great quality carpet at a great price! The customer service at Dodd’s was exceptional! Thanks again Jeffrey!
