“Phone screen stopped working. After getting a quote of $350 from another place who would need to order the part, I tried iKrack. Garrett provided the best customer service I've seen at any place in years: friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. He didn't have the part in stock but called other places to see if anywhere could help same-day. While doing that he did a reset on the phone just in case and that fixed it. Saved me $340 the other place quoted. Paid right then to get the speaker fixed. He has all my future business and I'll recommend him to everybody. Truly appreciate the service he provided.“

However the only product line they do not work with is Microsoft, but I recommend you call in or stop.by if you have any questions regarding repairs or if he may recommend if it is something they do not do there.“
