The owner of the ship was very friendly and explained to me that they work directly with the client. They do not accept insurance claims of any kind but do offer very competitive when it comes to any of their repair options. However the only product line they do not work with is Microsoft, but I recommend you call in or stop.by if you have any questions regarding repairs or if he may recommend if it is something they do not do there.

I can't say enough good things about Ackeem and his business. He singlehandedly saved my trip to South America by selling me a phone just hours before my flight because mine was overheating.Ackeem was professional, down to earth, and very easy to talk to. Not to mention he was selling the Google Pixel 5a at a very fair price(a phone not easy to find new nowadays). Again, can't thank him enough!

Both of our kids had cracked screens and one had a broken LCD so nothing worked, for an iphone Xs max it was $120 ea. We dropped them off and everything was fixed within a few hours! Great customer service, fair prices, would come back, and definitely recommend. While there I dropped my iphone off because the volume has been very low, he cleaned out my speaker and everything works perfect now! Very pleased.
