AdvanTech Goes Above and Beyond: Incredible Service and Community Support! I cannot recommend AdvanTech highly enough! Their customer service is truly exceptional—hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. The owner personally came to our office to understand our needs and wants, and the team delivered on every single request. We were initially scheduled to begin IT services with them on August 1st, with plans to discuss moving our phone services at a later date. However, when our phone system failed unexpectedly on July 15th, neither our previous phone provider nor the vendor who sold us the phones offered any assistance. Despite not officially being our provider yet, AdvanTech stepped in immediately. By July 18th, they had installed a new phone system and had us up and running. Their swift response and professionalism truly saved the day. Beyond their outstanding service, AdvanTech is deeply committed to their clients and the community. They have generously sponsored our nonprofit and several others, showcasing their dedication to making a positive impact. AdvanTech is a notch above the rest! Well full transparency, they are who I've used twice now and both times they have been exceptional. But, I couldn't imagine the experience being any better. Most recently, we used them to update and upgrade our security system in our neighborhood at South Bend. They were timely, professional, reasonably priced, and the communication was superb! Will did the install and helped with making sure everything was completely set up before finishing the job, and Charles has been there every step of the way, with communication.
