He quickly diagnoses problems, from electrical and battery issues to furnaces and plumbing leaks. He is clear, helpful, and efficient, taking care of issues in short order with all the necessary tools and knowledge. He provides excellent service, going above and beyond to truly solve problems. This includes contacting manufacturers for confirmation and even helping to source parts in a bind. He is reliable, returns calls, shows up on time, and his work is thorough. His pricing is very fair and his paperwork assists with warranty claims. As a mobile service, he allows customers to avoid hauling their RV to a shop. Tristan is the owner who cares about his work, demonstrating a strong work ethic. He is polite, courteous, and provides rescue services in difficult situations. Exceptional service! Tristan quickly diagnosed two problems. One was the wrong 200 amp starter solenoids, and the other a dead alternator which neither was turning on my coach entertainment system, AC and refrigerator. Tristan contacted the Class B manufacturer and confirmed the correct solenoids needed which was a 500 amp Continuous. I appreciated he went above and beyond and truly wanted to solve the problem. He fixed everything. The alternator he did tell me to take it to a mechanic. So, I did and got it replaced. I will use him again. He was excellent!

Tristan is a very knowledgeable RV tech with years of experience. He showed up on time was clear and helpful with an electrical/battery problem I had. He took care of the issue in short order. We recently used Tristan's Mobile RV Repair, actually its more accurate to state that Tristan rescued us when our passenger side rear leaf spring gave out (see picture). Fortunately it broke in a parking lot so we were not stuck on the side of a road.
This happened on a Sunday morning leading into Thanksgiving week. My wife was able to locate a set of replacement leaf springs at a northern tool in Buford. We were in Alpharetta. I was planning to drive the 1.5 hours round trip including in store time to get the parts. However, Tristan lives in Buford and was on his way to get the parts before we knew it. He arrived by 1 pm.
