I called Sheldon with a computer issue and even though I wasn’t a paying customer yet, he still took the time to help, offered to do research, and gave me solid advice. That alone earned this review. He knows his stuff, works on all kinds of systems, and doesn’t pressure you. Just genuine, professional help from someone who cares.
I am thrilled with the ease and speed at which my computer was repaired! After my foster dog sprinted across the plugged-in cord, throwing my computer across the room, the trackpad stopped working and the battery was dying within 20 minutes. This place was able to order the new parts and repair my computer within the same day (once they came in).
They are located on the 2nd floor in a business park in Alpharetta with easy parking!

I received a reasonable quote (1/2 of what Apple quoted me,) fast service and great customer service when I had a problem with my 2017 MacBook Pro laptop.
I had a cracked screen.
Sheldon helped me the same day to get all of my information and within 3 days the part had arrived and he fixed it. Then when I put on a laptop case, I noticed that I saw lines in the screen and he was able to get it fixed. I'm grateful for the awesome service.
