The GOOD: great communication from office staff; they and the site team were courteous and professional; they asked some questions initially, then offered a post-work summary. Good communication for quoting and appointment work (including a weather-related reschedule).
The BAD: from their Web site, I was under the impression they only used the vacuum system (hence the company name). However, they did not use vacuums for the gutters on the rear of the house, but instead used a leaf blower, which blew muddy gunk all over our concrete patio and its furnishings as well as the back of the house. The past 2 years we have worked with this company to pressure wash our apartment community. Everyone from the office to the on-site crews are SO professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only is their communication and customer service great but their work is next level and efficient. As a property manager we love working with amazing vendors who take pride in their work. Outback GutterVac of Duluth was a very professional and welcoming experience. I contacted them online and they called me right away to schedule an appointment. They were on time and I was very happy with their service. They even left me a small gift. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
