Dr. Alex is a gem and she thoroughly covers information and medical advice. She's tactful, precise, informative, nonjudgemental, and takes into consideration your concerns/wishes. The support staff is also professional and friendly. My primary gripe has much to do with the doctor's and hospital's overall system. It is no longer personable and seems so detached from patients. The majority of the process is fully automated with impersonal emails/messaging, electronic recordings, and computerized follow-up. It is often a struggle to simply get a real person on the phone (even for appointment scheduling).
The nurse was more informative,caring and understanding than the doctor. Paid $400 for blood work,ekg and for dr. Villada to say drink water. No thoughts or opinions, not personable, not thorough at all. Seemed like she just wanted to show up ,have me agree with her on evrything she says like a child and be out the door. Handed me papers which i read immediately incase i had questions, i refrained from asking questions.i was intrigued about my diagnosis on paper so i asked her to repeat herself since she was speaking while i was reading,seemed bothered and said to pay attention, on paper stated i was inattentive and had to" repeat herself various times".Will be canceling...read full review
