I took my son to the JC Penney salon as a walk-in, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! Cole did an AMAZING job on his haircut. He was friendly and attentive, really taking the time to ensure everything was just right. We all loved the final look! The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning, and I enthusiastically recommend this salon!
My experience has been good for about a year, however no one calls to remind you of your appointments anymore. I have been with JC Pennys Salon for over twenty years and I really appreciated the reminder.
