I was looking for a CPA for some rather complicated tax planning. I talked with several people until finding Jack Milner and making an appointment. Jack made everything very clear and easy to understand. He was very patient and thorough. I felt like he provided sound and unbiased advice. This was a huge relief given everyone else was trying to sell me something or did not really understand the different elements of my situation. I am a local business person that was calling to find an accountant (local) for a few of my business clients that need this service. I called to ask a few questions about the types of clients he works with and to see if he's familiar with structuring life insurance such as key person as a write off. Let me tell you he is rude! This seems like the type of person that is not willing to listen to you unless it benefits him. He wouldn't let me get a word in edge-wise and when I said I was a life insurance agent he ASSumed that I was trying to sell him life insurance which I 100% was not.
