“Online registration for the defensive driving class was really simple. I was able to do the two night/session virtual class. They ask you what your reason is for completing the class and they indicate it on your certificate upon completion of the class and passing the exam. Crystal, in office management, was so helpful. She was able to get my birthdate corrected on the certificate and I had the updated version before the end of business the same day I called.“
