My cat had a UTI and stress that caused him to mark my carpet repeatedly, so I booked Citrus Fresh for their advanced pet treatment. There was a mix-up the first time and they did the basic pet treatment. But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem.

JR is extremely knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I would recommend him to every single one of my friends and family for all their needs regarding Carpet Cleaning and upholstery.

This is the second time we have used them an our carpets look awesome and smell great. We have 4 dogs with lots of hair. They are really careful to do the very best they can for us. I am impressed. We have used several different companies but they are our go to now.
