I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. They were courteous and professional from the receptionist, hygienist all the way up to the doctor. All areas are very clean and comfortable.
I came to this office previously because i had to get a deep clean and by the way, amazing customer service and job done!!
Fast forward to today, i had to get a filling due to a cavity. I am a very anxious person because of a past experience that made me afraid of needles! I made it aware to the team and they took care of me in making sure i was less nervous! Sherri was welcoming and friendly upon checking in and out! Dr. Mathew and Mariela were very patient with me and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I didnt feel pain at all and felt very comfortable at the end. I would now entrust my teeth to this office! Thanks for treating and caring for me!!
Susan and Sherri were so helpful after I had an awful experience at another Imagix location. They worked us in on extremely short notice for a second opinion for my teenage son and took wonderful care of us. My husband and I go to this office and now so will our teenage son!!!
