** Edited - Mr. Cleve Long (founder) took the time to personally call me and was extremely apologetic about my unsatisfactory experience. He was very sincere and pleasant to speak with. Happy to say that I joined and became a member of Bodyplex Fitness - Hamilton Mill location! **Called to inquire about pricing and after my trial period, they are charging a more expensive monthly fee. Front staff (Jennifer) has terrible customer service. When asked to have Owner consider honoring the original quoted price, she stated that prices are increased due to staffing salaries (she never asked the owner/mgr). a great gym and a great staff!! new equipment is so great, and i love the selection of drinks and snacks they have in the lobby. very clean and functional, with lots of space for individual workouts. overall, a fantastic gym!!

Greg is the manager at Hamilton Mill and one of my favorite people that i’ve had the pleasure of speaking to! He’s such a charismatic and wonderful person that makes Bodyplex in Hamilton Mill a great place to be!
