Billy Beez Mall of Georgia

Billy Beez is an exciting indoor play park designed for kids and families, featuring a vast 20,000 sq. ft. of engaging activities. The park offers a variety of attractions, including slides, sports courts, tunnels, towers, ball blasters, and bouncy trampolines, ensuring that adventure is always nearby. Many visitors describe the atmosphere as packed, crazy, and fun, making it a great choice for children’s parties and playdates.

Families often celebrate special occasions here, finding the environment cute and easy to navigate. One recent visit was for a daughter’s 2nd birthday, and everything was well put together, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. The staff, especially the manager, was praised for checking everyone in smoothly, keeping guests updated, and providing good service, including prompt food delivery.

However, some reviews highlight concerns about safety and cleanliness. There have been reports of safety hazards, with areas feeling dirty and some slides having sticky surfaces that make children get stuck or slide awkwardly. The trampoline area sometimes had too many kids jumping at once, and the designated toddler zone was overcrowded with more than the allowed number of children. Additionally, broken arcade units and issues with the food options, specifically the absence of individual pizza slices, were mentioned. Customers also expressed frustration about the cafe being closed due to low staffing, which made it difficult to buy water or other drinks, especially when water fountains were considered unclean.

Another serious concern involved entry and exit gates, which were often left open or only partially closed, raising safety issues about children escaping without supervision. Staff presence was limited on busy days, making it difficult to maintain a safe environment, and there was no customer service number to address these problems directly.

Despite these issues, some visitors reported positive experiences after management addressed their concerns. For instance, after speaking with corporate and the manager, a family received a free play session, and many safety and cleanliness issues were improved on a return visit. The staff was described as accommodating and caring, making efforts to ensure fun and safety. Overall, Billy Beez remains a popular destination for children to enjoy a fun, active environment, but parents are advised to be cautious and watchful of safety and cleanliness standards during their visit.
