Both myself and my kids have been going here for years. Never any issues. I have had different people cleaning my teeth and never an issue with any of them. The whole staff from the office to techs are all excellent. They have even worked some of us in when we have had something come up more urgent. Dr Cates is also very attentive and feel like she really knows what she is doing. Couldn't recommend this dental practice more. Excellent
This lady is the kindest and most compassionate dentist I have ever been to. She listens to you and does not try to sell you on anything. She is honest, explains everything in detail, and works to get you a treat,ent plan that’s reasonable and fair. With all other dentists, I’ve left feeling guilty and bad about my dental health. Dr. Cates does not make you feel that way. Her office staff, assistants and hygienists are all kind and caring as well. Definitely go see them!
I can't recommend this office enough! I have had an initial new patient appointment and just had my first filling done with Dr.Khan. That was by far the best dental experience I have ever received. No pain and quick to complete a filling. Dr.Khan's assistant, Sadie, and the entire staff is very friendly as well. I will definitely be returning!
