They were very professional. We did a walk through of my home so I could point out my main areas of concern and much attention was given to those areas. My opinion was asked throughout the process. It was also explained to me how to upkeep my carpet between cleanings to get the most out of each cleaning. Even more so than the cleaning was the great vibe experienced by my kids. I've never had my son to say "It was a good day because I met a nice person". In this day and age, that means a lot. I look forward to using Covenant Keeper Restorations for all of my future carpet needs.
Covenant Keeper did a great job for us! They provided a whole-house deep clean in preparation for our son to move into a house. They are a joy to work with and I can't wait to use them again!
