This is my happy place! I get my relaxation, meditation, massages, salt air room, sauna & a variety of amazing workouts in a nice, beautifully decorated, inviting environment. So grateful for Salt Aer Studios and all of the dedicated employees who make this place so great!

The owner was so sweet and the front had the cutest teams for sale. 3 of us did the salt cave Elizabeth was so accommodating around the holidays. It was very relaxing and great bonding with my mom and sister in law. I would go again for some great meditation and peace.
