I called this company due to when my washing machine drains water it causes water to come up my tubs and showers. And makes my toilets gurgle water. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. Alec the technician who came out the same day I called about my issue was very knowledgeable, respectful, answered all my questions. He explained the issues of what was going on.

I called to fix my guest restroom toilet. The work went well, but afterward noticed a slow draining of the tank with refilling 2-3 times per 24 hours. The fellow who came back for repairs ( on the same day I called ) was great. He quickly figured out what the problem was and replaced two items in the tank. This thankfully fixed the problem and I will call in the future if I have any further issues with my plumbing. Thanks for your follow up with all of this.

Had an unknown leak costing extra money on my water bill. Rooter Express sent technician Cliff Warren out. Cliff was very personable and able to quickly find the leak and replaced the pipe. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
