The bathetub/shower handel broke in our boys bathroom and we could not shut off the water. I called multiple local places that could not come out to help. I was getting answer like we can come on Tuesday or it would be this evening. I was tearful at this point not knowing what to do. Gallons and gallons of water just going down the drain. I then called Cross Plumbing. They came right away and fixed the issue. They have earned a loyal customer today!!! I am so grateful for them!!!

I thought I had a leak under my slab. Matt came out and assessed the situation ran a couple of tests and found a continuously flowing overflow on a toilet He fixed same in under an hour and reported the water meter had stopped running continuous Great Company Great Service

I discovered a water leak in our office building on the floor of a bathroom and in a closet. I called one plumbing company, but they could not find the problem. I called Cross plumbing, and they were not available for a few days, but when they came out today, they discovered the source of the leak, and they repaired it immediately. TJ was very informative about how the process worked, and he discovered the source of the leak very quickly. TJ, Leon, and Mac were all very helpful, polite, and informative. If you have a leak somewhere in your home or office, I highly recommend this company to take care of your problem.
