My dad recommended this practice to me, and I have recommended it to a couple of my people already. I’ve been in four times so far, each time with Dr. Jenni Boczar– who is amazing. I’ve felt improvement each time, and anyone who I talk to in the waiting area has never had a bad experience there. The staff seems to get along very well. You can hear them joking with each other, and they are always professional and very kind.
The first visit they give you a tour and walk you through the whole process. Each time they ask about how you’ve been since your last visit – Did you experience any pain, etc. I’ve never had to wait long or have been uncomfortable while I’m there. They give you papers/pamphlets with information when you leave (i.e., what to do if you experience pain, about their practice, about chiropractor facts, etc.).
It was great for me - I've never been to a chiropractor before, and for my dad as well, who has been to three or four chiropractor practices before.
