Dr. Whitehead's office are very professional clean and always take good care of me. Have several problems with my stomach and they have helped me to have a much better life I'm so thankful.

Absolutely love this office, everyone had very good attitude, very helpful and work very hard to find out why I have been in so much pain. The nurses are great, receptionist all have smiles and greet with courtesy. Highly recommend Dr.Whitehead and all his associates.

My colonoscopy procedure went well. No problems with Dr. Whitehead. But the billing department sent me a bill for the entire amount charged, and when I called, said that Medicare had rejected my claim. I called Medicare and they said they had the claim and my responsibility was less than one tenth of the amount the Lab was trying to get from me. The Medicare Rep I was talking to called the billing department and had them send me another bill with the correct amount I owed. I don't know if this was an an intention to fraud Medicare or just plain old lazy incompetence. Either way, not a very good business practice.
