The company I work for uses Coastal Computer Consulting for our more complicated IT needs as I handle the day to day IT issues. Very knowledgable staff! They do a great job for us! We plan to continue their services for the long haul.
Returned reply Email within 24-hours, arrived promptly to pick up the computer, explained process and did in fact call before work was started. Costs were very reasonable and I appreciated that a corporate service organization would take care of an individual so well. Would highly recommend.
The staff and owners at Coastal Computer Consulting are flawlessly AWESOME!! What an absolute pleasure it is each time I call Alicia and Adam to the rescue for computer problems. I do not have enough nice words and praise for both of them, and for their entire staff. To say that they have gone above and beyond in helping me every time I have a computer glitch is an understatement. My technical issues are always resolved the same day - even on Saturdays and Sundays! My most sincere 'thank you' to ALL of you guys! This group of IT professionals is as good as gold and I highly recommend them!
