Absolutely lovely people that go above and beyond to show that your time matters. I was in and out in an hour and a half for rotors and brakes, kept in the loop on repairs and shown great kindness from the friendly staff and wonderful Mr. Spencer. I was shown each of the parts they'd be replacing, talked through the services offered and given clear, concise explanation of the importance of the pieces he'd be replacing, and out of here in no time all for a reasonable price. I cannot speak highly enough of these lovely gentlemen, their speedy service, and their good price. It really felt like they have a good heart to match their good service. ?
Spence and his team are amazing!!! They took my tires off and showed me my rotors and pads before setting an appointment for brake service. First time ever before have I ever seen such honesty at a repair shop! They also showed me my front tires were in bad shape and recommended that I get to a tire shop asap.
I returned the next day, of course, and had my brakes done ( my parts had to be ordered), and they did an excellent job!!! I will definitely recommend Spence and Brakes 4 Less to everyone needing brake service they are 5 star!!!!!
And added bonus their appointment time is right on time.
The person at the counter was really nice. They showed me the worn parts and explained everything. They negotiated a fix and price I was able to do. The cost was more than advertised because I needed new rotors on the front which is fair. So keep that in mind. If you need more than the included stuff it will cost more. Also, when I got home I found out the brake fluid cap was left off and that was upsetting. I wrote a review about it and that same nice man called me and offered to pay for a replacement. I edited my review because I was so shocked that they cared enough to try and fix it. I absolutely would recommend this place and take my car back to them.
