Bounce It Out Events

May 2022

I called about a rental yesterday and when I told them where I lived he replied they didn't deliver to there and hung up the phone! Rude! But there are places that will deliver even with a fee. I would have paid a delivery fee but was not offered the option.

Paid for the combo bounce house/slide for the WEEKEND. They delivered it on Friday and 2 hours later the bounce house side was deflated. Called the number and left a message, guy called back and said he would be by in 1 hour with another blower. He never showed up.Tried calling back at 8 Friday night and he did not answer so I left a message and he never returned my call. Saturday morning two guys showed up to fix it and had to come back around 11 with another blower, Finally got it up and running. So the kids only got to use it for half of the time that I paid for. Will not use them again. Horrible customer service!

We used he and his wife, and they're little helper (their 2 y/o son at the time) for our son's birthday party last year and they were fantastic! Appropriately priced, superior service and exceptionally friendly. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!
