Beyond Expectations lives up to their name. I’ll preface this with, there was a communication issue which led to some areas not getting covered. As soon as Oscar and his team were made aware of the error, it was quickly remedied. I am in town because my son was in a motorcycle accident last week and is still in the hospital. We originally thought he was going to come home on Thursday (last week) so I was desperately trying to get his house cleaned before he came home. The majority of the house was clean, except the master bed/bath. He just moved in and the carpets are brand new. He is a mechanic, so there was a good build up of dirt and grime. It was too much for me to try to manage on my own and go back and forth to the trauma center. Oscar and his team squeezed the house into their schedule and came to the house within 24 hours of my call. Overall, they did a great job. Aside from the fact that the his bedroom and master bath were spotless, his team left a nice card wishing my son a speedy recovery. While I wish that part was coming true, it was a very kind gesture.
