Phenomenal service when I called. A late night accident put us without an air conditioner. Within a few minutes, Justin was on site to get the unit unhooked and safe and within a few days, a new unit was installed. 11/10 service!!
Air Concepts replaced my unit several years back and we have been way more than pleased. Their expertise and professionalism is outstanding. It's good to still be able to find folks like this!!
I was referred to Air Concepts by a friend. I am very happy with the installation of two A/C units. They had to work in our attic to get the handlers installed and my office is close to the attic. They were really good about being quiet and respectful of me working and cleaned everything up like they were never here. The Ecobee thermostats are really cool and Wifi compatible. I look forward to John and Air Concepts supporting us for many years to come.
