Zach was great, he recommended fan operation for AC to avoid motor wear & tear, and algae prevention to avoid clogs and ceiling flooding. Annual maintenance fee is paid in lump on first visit instead of monthly but you get 2 semi-annual visits a year ($0 due on 2nd visit.
We have a maintenance contract with Crowe's as they have treated us fairly in our previous dealings. Jake was our assigned technician. He was very professional yet very polite. Did a thorough job of checking the system to include about 20 minutes in the attic (on a sunny summer day in Statesboro)! He gave us several recommendations and we implemented two of them. We are happy with the company and with Jake.
Zach Brooks was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have my AC/Heat serviced every 6 months and I am in good hands as he found mold and he put pad of some sort in there to take care of it! It's a hot job but he did the maintenance cheerfully! Thank you Zach. Jean
