Also know that Modern Roofing and Restoration is so much more than just a roofing company - we've also had them handle gutter replacements, fascia and soffit repair, exterior and interior painting, and even drywall work, and the quality has been outstanding across the board.
Estimates were clear and itemized which really gave us a complete understanding of the costs and empowered us to make informed choices. Pricing always feels fair and reasonable!
First of all, I want to thank Kennedy for the good work and how professional he answered my questions while making me comfortable, I was not caught on my best days and was extremely mad about the storm that had just happened which affected some areas but he was so nice and calm and sold the company with passion, he got on the roof and checked everywhere and assured me he could every damage fixed. Very professional service. Luis came to the property and thoroughly evaluated the roof and attic to ensure nothing was missed. Then he gave us a quote for services that was comprehensive and fair. I’d definitely work with Luis and Modern Roofing and Restoration again!
