First of all, everyone, from the front office staff, as well as Dr. Kim and the lady who fits your new glasses, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I had been there before, but it was my husband's first ever eye check. We both had a great visit, and I would highly recommend them!
I am grateful To DIAMOND from Customer Support. She was so pleasant and helpful from the start. She messaged my Dr. and waited for the response with me. When my question couldn't be answered immediately she called me back promptly with the answer from Dr. Kim. This kind of service is rare!
My entire experience with this practice has been great, From Dr. Strauss for my medical condition, to Dr. Kim for my Lens Prescription and exam. They take their time answering my questions and genuinely care. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Strauss and his Team are the best in the southeast. He has been treating me and my wife for 4 years and we are both extremely pleased. I had been experiencing some discomfort in the left eye and my vision had gotten blurry so I called last Thursday and told the nurse what I was experiencing. She put me on hold and when she came back on the phone her question was can you come in the next day (Friday ) at 1:40
of course I accepted. But here Is the kicker…..
